I mean isn’t it all about white, black, grey, blue and beige when it comes to workwear? It is, right? Well my personal fave colors for office look is white and beige. I have, infact, posted a blog as well in white embellished shirt and beige pencil skirt a few backs…HERE. Having said that, I still love to dive in some off office colors every once in a blue moon. Well, change is always good. Adding some colors for a change in your office wardrobe is always fun. Try it out loves.
I have been crushing over tangerine shade lately and then one fine day, I stepped into H&M store. Guess what do I see? Almost half the store was painted in the shade of tangerine and cognac. I went completely crazy, so much that I could not even decide what to buy and what not. And trust me, I left empty handed. Since then I have been keeping so busy that I could not get time to go and pick some cool stuff I have in my mind. Well, awaiting that day!!
What I am wearing here has been bought online from Jabong. I loved this knee length Dorothy Perkins dress: firstly) because of it’s color and secondly) for the black piping on the arm pit. The piping, indeed, is giving the edge to the dress, which is why I loved it more. Plus I always had a thing for knee length pieces. You all know that. So there was nothing for me to ponder to buy this one. With all due respect, it entered my wardrobe. To match the dress up, I wore my black pumps again from Dorothy Perkins and carrying my super favorite black handbag from Van Heusen. A watch is a must have for me no matter where I am heading to and in office, I don’t think I have ever missed on wearing it. A perfect white strap watch from Tommy Hilfiger is going well with the look. Heading to office now and catching y’all up SOON.
