This weekend I had some meaty catch up with a darling friend of mine, oh! how much I love her and I was so elated to see hubby darling after two long weeks (thank god he is back, I was so bored). My weekend was quite fun, how about yours?
This porcelain print embossed fit and flare dress has an interesting story behind. The dress was chosen for me by the same friend, I went out with this weekend, while I was placing my SheIn’s order a few weeks back. She has a thing for blue and white, hence this dress. The moment I received my parcel, she was sitting right in front of me to witness my priceless expressions but contrary to her expectations, I was a bit disappointed and to some extent she was too. The dress was too long and loose for me and for some reason, it just couldn’t catch my eye. Well, the first thought was I will exchange the dress but I figured its quite a tedious job (sending back to US), so I did not. Don’t loose hope, like they say!! My tailor, fortunately, came to my rescue and I got the dress fitted and length shortened. Trust me I am loving it after the alteration. What could have been a better occasion to wear this cute little piece than with her. Its a perfect evening dress and the flare gives you that doll-ish feel. Pairing this dress with my current crush, Zara suede pumps and grey metallic earrings. All dolled up for some sips and gossips. Hope you like the look loves.
