Hey fam…hope you are doing amazing. I have been missing in action here as I have been travelling. Although I am consistent on INSTAGRAM.

This post is about my mini staycation at The Forest Club Resort, located at Karjat. The resort is only 3 months old and it takes around 2.5 hrs from Pune and 1 hour from Mumbai to reach here. It makes for a perfect weekend getaway for the residents of Pune and Mumbai.

The first thing that attracted me immediately on entering the resort was the greenery. It was lush green all around. If you are a nature lover, monsoon is the best time to visit this place. Fortunately, I visited right at the peak monsoon and it was throughout drizzling during my entire stay. If only words can do justice in expressing my feeling. I am sure the pictures would better though.

One thing that makes this resort more special is the their pool access executive rooms. One can actually spent days at the gorgeous view it offers. Imagine waking up to this breathtaking view with your loved one and jumping straight into the water. What a life!

They have a huge dining area where they serve all meals for the day. The food was yummy and the service too good. The staff has been really courteous. They offer a huge spread much to everyone’s liking. Food lovers, its a heaven for you.

Another beautiful part of the resort is an open seating area where they organize musical evening with bar and barbecue with a view of an infinity pool. Oh yes, you heard it right. Infinity pool adds a brownie point to the resort. The view from the same is to die for.

In a nutshell this resort is nothing but a treat to all those who are looking for a break from the city hustle bustle. I would strongly recommend you guys to visit here as we all deserve a good break, right??
