Hello everyone! Don’t know where to start from as I have so much to say in this post. This one’s my last for this year and words might fall short in expressing how grateful I am to everyone who has helped and supported me reach where I am today.
Twenty Seventeen will always be the most special year of my life as in this year I was eventually able to pursue my dream of starting fashion blogging. I have always been intrigued by everything fashionable from clothing to make-up to lifestyle, but this all got clouded in my daily course of life. I remember it was in the month of January that I bumped into the blog of “My Black Skirt” and was deeply inspired with the way the fashion was spoken about and it was just then that i got my first ray of sun. The clouds disappeared giving birth to “fashionistha”.
I embarked on this beautiful journey of blogging in the first week of April and the whole journey till date was no less than a roller coaster ride. It was just a handful of bloggers like thesnobjournal, juhigodambe, thatbohogirl to name a few, that I got inspired from initially but over this journey I came across a myriad of talented other influencers in this industry. It has been a great learning experience following each one of them and has helped me evolve over the time as a fashion blogger.
A big thank you to all of you who have liked, appreciated, shared and commented on my posts across. It’s extremely gratifying to have received so much love from each one of you.
What I am Wearing:
Bringing to you all a faux fur jacket look for the last post of 2017. This blush pink jacket is a perfect match with everything else black. Teaming this fuzzy jacket up with a black cami lace tank top and a black midi skirt. To spice up the look, wearing the knee length sock style high black boots. Well it was quite a task to find these boots but the efforts (looking at all the possible shopping sites online for almost a month) paid off the moment I stepped in the Zara store. To my surprise I found exactly what I was looking for. I love how well it complements the attire. A perfect winter party look. Since I just mentioned ‘party’, why not get some accessories on? This time I wore a bit more than usual. Wearing a crystal choker covering the entire neck to accentuate the look. Avoided wearing heavy earrings to highlight the choker and opted for crystal ear cuffs instead. To add some more bling, wore a couple of gold metal mid rings. It’s time to bid adieu to 2017 in style. What say?
